Omega offers health insurance through Vertikal Health Assistance. The offer also applies to your family, and ensures medical treatment within a guaranteed time limit.

With health insurance through Vertikal you are guaranteed the right treatment within a certain time limit. Omega`s offer also applies for employee`s spouses, partners and children under 18 years of age. They will get the same services by signing up for an insurance agreement of their own with Vertikal.

• Guaranteed specialist consultation within ten days, and guaranteed treatment/operation within 28 days.
• Follow-up from a nurse before, during and after treatment
• All costs related to the treatment process covered (Vertikal covers all approved hospitals in Europe)
• Treatment venue chosen in agreement with you, based on where we find the best qualitative treatment
• “Second opinion”; offer of an independent assessment of the diagnosis already made
• A patient ombudsman will safeguard the patient`s rights
• Physiotherapy/chiropractic treatment after referral from specialist
• Health certificate is not required

After your first visit to your family doctor, you may send the referral to Vertikal who ensures that you get follow-up within a guaranteed time limit in agreement with you. Vertikal covers all costs after the first medical visit.

The insurance will not cover illness for which treatment has been commenced or there is a diagnosis with a clear documented need for treatment before the insurance is taken out.
