With Improve you have the opportunity to easily report problems or make suggestions regarding Omegas pages, and be ensured close follow-up and a swift solution.

Improve

On all Omega`s web pages you now have the Improve application easily accessible. Click the Improve-button and you will be given three choices:

• Report a Bug: If you find a problem in our systems, please report it and save others from experiencing the same issues.
• Make a suggestion and contribute to Omega`s best practices, It could be something new or something you think should be done differently.
• Report a Non-Conformance or RUH: If something has happened that we should document and learn from, please tell us.

How to use Improve:

• Describe the problem. You may also attach a screenshot as complementary information
• Choose which area the report belongs to
• A responsible member of the Improve-team receives the report that ends up in Issue Tracker
• All of your reports and their status are shown in the Improve section in Connect
• You may access Issue Tracker through Connect where you may keep an eye on the report
• Here you will also be reminded if asked to give feedback on any of the reports
• You should personally verify that the case is solved yourself

Improve in Connect

On Connect.omega.no you will get the full overview of the Improve reports you have made. By clicking on one of the cases you may access Issue Tracker. Here you get status for each case, and whether they await feedback from you.

Issue Tracker

All reports end up in Issue Tracker, Improve`s tool for handling reported cases. Here you may find all necessary information about the report, and a dialog box in which you can communicate with the responsible person for the task. Each case also gets graded according to priority, whether it needs to be solved the same day, during the week, etc.

Area responsible

When choosing which area your report belongs in, the issue will automatically be directed to the person responsible for the area and following the case. When you have reported something via Improve you may also verify that the task is solved after handled by the person responsible.

SMS

To make sure handling of the Improve reports doesn`t stop, the responsible or Improve coordinator may send you a text message to request feedback on questions/comments in Issue Tracker.
