A personal log that tracks your own exercise activity on a day-to-day basis. When you have completed a workout, a simple mouse click in your log will keep track of your exercise week, month and year.
Your Exercise Log is accessed under the Advantage menu in Connect. Today’s date is selected by default, and marked in green. If you, for example, completed one hour of exercise today, click the second block from the bottom. Any exercise in the last 21 days can be registered the same way, just click the boxes (one box equals 1/2 hour) on the day(s) you exercised. The arrow on the sides of the calendar lets you navigate to other weeks than those currently displayed.
To delete, click the box and it will disappear. To delete the entire exercise, click the bottom box of the day, Clear.
If you exercise 8 – eight – hours or more in any given month, you will receive 2 500 Advantage points.
