Welcome to Omega's Advantage programme! As a new employee with Omega you will receive 100 000 Advantage points after you have completed your start-up checklist.

Our Advantage+ programme offers you free monthly points to spend on Advantage Offers including our range of holiday accommodation, teambuilding tours, Christmas parties and much more.

To access your Advantage Account and see current Advantage Offers:

  • Log on to
  • Choose Team Events under the Advantage menu and you will find My Account on the right hand side, that gives you an overview of your points and transactions
  • Choose Holiday Houses under Advantage to see our accommodations
  • Choose Team Events under Advantage to our teambuilding and event offers

As a new employee you have the chance to receive an Advantage start-up pack. This is our way of getting your Advantage Account off to a good start and ensuring you have completed all of our initial requirements.

Start-up checklist

In order to receive your 100 000 Advantage point start-up pack, you must have:

  • Completed and register your information in My profile
  • Signed and delivered to us your Work Agreement (Arbeidsavtalen)
  • Sent us a digital, passport-style photograph (or had one taken at Omega’s Ølensvåg office)
  • Entered and/or updated all sections of My CV under the My Profile menu on Connect
  • Registered diplomas and work certificates

Claiming your Advantage start-up pack

When you have completed all the items on the list above, send an e-mail to with the subject Advantage start-up pack.

Our Service Centre team will then confirm you have completed the start-up checklist and award your Advantage Points. We look forward to awarding you your Advantage start-up pack very soon!
