Omega currently has over 200 available jobs and wants your help to find new team members. Join our candidate tips campaign and you can receive up to 75 000 Advantage points.

Omega has available jobs in Norway and around the world, and would like your tips for new, relevant candidates with experience from the oil and gas sector. Join our tips campaign and you can receive up to 75 000 Advantage points.

Requirements

The campaign must in no way compromise any of the following requirements:

1. We shall not endeavour to recruit client’s personnel or personnel on assignment to client from other contractors.
2. Quarantine conditions regarding consultant’s change of employer:
   • We are obliged to refrain from offering a client a consultant until the expiration of a six month quarantine period, if the consultant has resigned from an assignment with the client.
   • Assignments referred to above are defined as being inclusive all prolongations of a contract/work order.

Breach of any of the requirements listed above will disqualify your tips from the campaign and not give any Advantage points.

CV for a relevant candidate

Advantage points: 15 000 per CV

Relevant candidates

• must have oil & gas industry experience
• must not already exist in Omega’s candidate database

How to claim your Advantage points

• The candidate sends their CV to mail@omega.no mentioning your name in their e-mail.
  OR
• You send your contact’s CV to mail@omega.no with their permission.

CV for a relevant candidate to an advertised position

Advantage points: 25 000 per CV

Relevant candidates

• Considered to meet the advertised position requirements, as judged by the relevant member of Omega’s management team
• Willing to be considered for the position in question
• Must not already exist in Omega’s candidate database

How to claim your Advantage points

• The candidate sends their CV to the advertised e-mail address (generally mail@omega.no), mentioning your name in their e-mail.
  AND
• You send an e-mail to mail@omega.no mentioning your contact’s name and the job they are relevant for.

Candidate is employed

Advantage+ points: 50 000 points per candidate

50 000 Advantage+ points will be awarded in addition to the points you have been awarded for putting forward the candidate’s CV.

How to claim your Advantage points

• Omega tracks the candidates you have tipped us about and awards points if/when the candidate in question is employed through Omega.

Campaign notes

• It is not possible to earn points for both “CV for a relevant candidate” and “CV for a relevant candidate to an advertised position” for the same candidate.
• Advantage+ points will be awarded once a month at the end of the month
• The awarding of Advantage+ points is at the discretion of the Omega Management team who will judge each case based on the information presented here and the communication received from yourself and/or your candidate.
• The campaign is open to participants of Omega’s Advantage+ programme
