On arrival
There are few places on the beach or in the city that accept Visa or MasterCard. We recommend having some cash available at all times. There is no ATM at the airport, but you may exchange currency upon arrival. There are numerous ATM’s in Sunny Beach and in Sveti Vlas by the apartment complex.
Cleaning
You must order and pay for cleaning of the apartment, towels and bed linen on departure, and if you need it during the stay. You may order this in the reception. The apartment must be cleaned and ready for the next person using it.
Water
The water heater must be turned on by turning the switch outside the bathroom door in position 1 (marked red). The tank itself must be turned on as well. Turn it on max and you will have hot water within an hour.
Electricity
Do not use the air condition when you are not in the apartment. Turn of all lights whenever you leave it. Let only the out door lighting be on.
Location
Sunny Beach is the most popular holiday destination in Eastern Europe, and is famous for the 6 km long and 60 m wide beach, 1700 sun hours in May–October, and an average temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. The town is a modern tourist destination with many restaurants, bars and shops. There is also an aqualand in the area.
North of Sunny Beach you find the little village of Sveti Vlas. It is home to the Black Sea’s largest marina, and shops and restaurants are constantly popping up in the area. South of Sunny Beach lies the historical town of Nessebar, one of the oldest towns in Europe. Nessebar has narrow streets, nice stores and restaurants, old churches, ruins and and amphitheatre from the Roman period.
Omega’s apartments are part of the Magic Dreams apartment complex. It is being built around a park that will have swimming pools, shops, cafes etc. Magic Dreams is located 200 m from the sea and only 700 m from the beautiful beaches of Sunny Beach.
Getting there
It is necessary to organise your own flights to and from Bulgaria. The closest airport to Sunny Beach is Burgas (BOJ). Varna Airport (VAR) is also located in the vicinity.
Airlines flying there from Oslo Gardermoen include:
- Norwegian – Flies from Oslo to Burgas and Varna
- Ving – Flies from Oslo to Burgas (SAS) and Varna (Thomas Cook)
From the airport
The apartment is located 35 kilometres from Burgas airport, and 95 km from Varna airport.
